The seminar and consultation registration system – is an online platform designed to assist customers in registering for seminars and consultations available at post offices throughout Japan.
This system has been developed with the goal of providing a convenient, fast registration process that does not require customers to log in.

No login required
The system allows users to register for events without needing to create an account or log in
Optimized information integration
Users can easily search, select, and filter events based on their city and the nearest post office
High automation
The system automatically calculates the number of events for each post office over a three-month period, based on factors such as the maximum number of seats per hour, the post office’s operating hours, and Japanese public holidays. The system sends a confirmation email immediately after the user completes their registration, along with a reminder email before the event date
Large scale and processing capability
The platform is designed to manage up to 5,000 post offices and 45,000 events.

- Users enter the necessary information to register and reserve a spot for the event. After completing the registration, the system will send a confirmation email to the provided email address, notifying the user that the registration was successful

- The system automatically sends a confirmation email after registration and a reminder email before the event date to the user
