On September 20, 2024, the Vietnam – Japan Digital Transformation Association (VADX), in collaboration with FPT Software, organized the seminar: “Japan – A bright spot for ICT human resources in a global context” in Hanoi.
Within the program, besides the participants of representatives of enterprises in the Vietnam – Japan Digital Transformation Association, it also welcomed nearly 300 guests including students, administrators and lecturers of leading technology universities.
At the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan – CEO of Fabbi Japan, and Vice President of VADX shared about Fabbi and the story of Japanese-speaking ICT resources. He discussed the opportunities and challenges within the market, while emphasizing the importance of collaborating with educational organizations to train high-quality human resources equipped with essential skills and new programming languages, which will be key in the future.
The seminar provided businesses with a comprehensive view of the human resources challenges in the Japanese ICT sector and expanded collaboration networks with educational partners nationwide. It also serves as a stepping stone to unlocking numerous career opportunities, fostering sustainable growth for Vietnam’s ICT industry in an increasingly globalized landscape.
