On the afternoon of October 13, Seminar #9 with the theme “CMMI3 & AI – Enhancing production efficiency” took place at the 11th-floor stage with the participation of Fabbiers from the production division. This activity aimed to summarize and evaluate the current operational situation and outline strategic directions for Fabbi’s next phase, toward optimizing efficiency and achieving sustainable development.
At the seminar, Mr. Le Viet Canh – CDO, shared an overview of production activities in Q3/2025. From a practical perspective, he provided an in-depth analysis of the results achieved by the production division and identified the remaining challenges in the operation process. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a spirit of continuous improvement, standardizing processes, and maximizing resource efficiency – core factors that help Fabbi enhance quality, productivity, and competitiveness in the market.
To realize the objectives set for Q4, Fabbi will restructure its personnel allocation according to specialized groups to strengthen collaboration within operations. This change will help optimize individual capabilities, improve coordination, enhance teamwork efficiency, and increase operational flexibility.
At the end of the session, Mr. Le Viet Canh delivered a message to all Fabbiers: “On the journey toward growth, the most important thing is the spirit of proactive learning, commitment, and willingness to communicate directly when facing difficulties. Only by acting together and looking in the same direction can we perfect our operational processes, elevate production efficiency, and build a sustainably developing Fabbi.”
Seminar #9 concluded with a wave of positive energy and a strong spirit of innovation spreading throughout the production division.
