In order to meet its medium- and long-term development strategy, Fabbi Japan respectfully announces an adjustment to the company’s management structure, effective from 2026.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan will transition to a role focused on overseeing production and project quality. In this position, Mr. Toan will concentrate on comprehensively addressing core challenges related to production quality, delivery processes, and operational efficiency.

The Fabbi Japan leadership identifies production quality as the foundation for the company’s sustainable growth. Standardizing and enhancing production capabilities not only ensures service quality for existing clients, but also serves as a prerequisite for Fabbi Japan’s future expansion.

In parallel, Mr. Vu Van Tu will continue to assume responsibility for overall strategic direction, steering Fabbi Japan toward a business model centered on AI. Under this orientation, Fabbi Japan will simultaneously:

– Accelerate the development of AI products and solutions,
– Expand and strengthen its IT Outsourcing services, establishing a balanced, flexible, and sustainable growth model in the Japanese market.

Fabbi Japan has also established a solutions department to develop products and solutions tailored for enterprise customers.

The clear allocation of management roles demonstrates Fabbi Japan’s strong commitment to enhancing service quality, strengthening technological capabilities, and delivering long-term value to customers, partners, and its workforce.
