At Fabbi, we always consider “human resources as the most valuable and important asset within the sustainable development of the company”. The team of Managers is the bridge between the company’s Leadership Board and the staff, forming a unified whole and maintaining the “fire” of teamwork. Recognizing this, Fabbi’s Leadership Board decided to accompany GrowMind to implement the Leadership Development Program MINDFUL LEADER 2022.
During the past 2 days, August 19 – 20, 2022, more than 15 Fabbi managers and staff attended the kick-off session for the 2.5-month series of activities of the Leadership Development Program – Mindful Leader.
The program includes learning, practice, and training activities surrounding two essential skill groups: “Improving personal effectiveness of Managers” and “Leading high-performance teams”. With the companionship of GrowMind’s team of Instructors and Facilitators, Fabbi Managers may possess a development mindset and shape the ability of self-study and flexible application.
