TV Tokyo

Overview

This is a daily news distribution service available simultaneously on multiple platforms such as Web, smartphone applications, television, and more. The project began with the development of a content management system (CMS), applying Agile thinking and using Scrum – a framework within Agile – for organizing and coordinating team tasks. By breaking the project into short Sprints, the development team was able to continuously improve, deliver new features, and quickly respond to changing client requirements.

Next, the development team implemented Web applications and smartphone apps, ensuring data synchronization and consistent display across all platforms. In addition to the CMS, the system also integrates advanced features such as live video streaming, a subscription management system, and broadcast schedule management.

The project adopts modern technologies, including a microservices architecture, a Golang-based backend, a React/React Native frontend, and AWS-based infrastructure deployment to ensure stability and flexible scalability. Key phases include requirements analysis, system design, programming, integration testing, and official release.

The goal of the project is to build a modern, high-performance, user-friendly news distribution platform that is scalable to meet future demands while delivering a seamless and unified experience across all user touchpoints.
